The RCA in Angola is a platform for its members to partake in positive dialogue, network & exchange ideas that help its members to stay connected to their roots through many activities such as promotion of Rwandan culture, active participation in the national social-economic development programs and contribution to Rwanda’s education improvement through knowledge and skills transfer.
