Letter of Power of Attorney MUST include full contact information i.e., address, telephone and email of the principal (person giving the power) and of the nominee(s) (person receiving the power);
Physical Presence;
A copy of the passaport of the person giving the power;
A copy of the Rwandan ID of the person giving the power and of the nominee(s) (person receiving the power);
Proof of Payment of $15 USD per document to be deposited into the Rwanda Embassy Bank account.
